What To Expect
Groups meet for a 2-hour period once a week for 8 to 12 weeks. Group size is limited to 7 to 10 members to allow for strong connections to form. Groups combine education with experiential practices as well as an opportunity for individuals to share their experiences. Fee is $45 per week plus a one-time materials fee of $15. Skills taught include:
Meditation and Mindfulness - learn to live a content and mindful life
Movement - release stress and increase energy
Nutritious Eating – learn about food as natural medicine
Guided Imagery and Music - use your imagination to help your mind and body heal
Breathing Exercises – enhance your health by breathing more fully
Autogenics (Self-Hypnosis) and Bio-Feedback – learn to use your body’s natural abilities to relax
